Since 1986 Custom Insulation Systems (CIS) a 100% Canadian-owned mechanical insulation subcontractor has been satisfying ICI client’s Mechanical Insulation needs.  In 2003 CIS formed Nexlevel Construction Solutions Inc. to meet the ICI industry’s demand for the proper installation of firestop systems.  Since our inception NEXLEVEL has expanded our menu of services to include spray applied fireproofing and spray applied insulation and air vapour barrier systems.   

NEXLEVEL, as the first “Certified 3M-Trained Master Contractor” in Canada, is currently recognized as Canada’s predominant installer of firestop systems.  NEXLEVEL is also one Ontario’s largest and most successful spray applied fireproofing sub contractors, and is well on the way to achieving the same recognition in ICI sprayed applied insulation and air vapour barrier market.

NEXLEVEL is either an approved or licensed applicator for all major firestop and/or sprayed fireproofing manufactures, including 3M, Hilti, Tremco, AD,  Cafco, Grace and Carboline.  Our foam division is approved to apply products manufactured by BASF, Icynene, Polyurethane Foam Systems (Lapolla), HTS (Demelic).

With long-term membership in industry associations such as NFCA, ISCA, CSC and FCIA NEXLEVEL is fully involved in the development of the application and industry practices for firestop, fireproofing and foam insulation. Our ongoing industry involvement ensures that we are always up to date regarding regulatory requirements, testing criteria and application techniques that affect the services we provide to our customers.
